Perform service and repair work on Intuitive systems, including maintenance, installation, and software updates.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Coordinate system deliveries, installations, and hardware logistics in assigned area.

Qualifications:

Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar field.
Several years of experience in medical technology, with knowledge of operating room processes.
Strong technical understanding of complex electromechanical systems.

Work Environment:

Remote role with up to 50-70% travel within territory.
Independent, structured work style with high documentation skills.
Requires fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
