Responsibilities:
- Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate across departments to drive technical solutions and resolve issues.
- Document and complete service administration in CRM promptly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in field service delivering high-quality support.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent PC skills (Windows and Linux).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and use power tools.
Travel:
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Role is remote based with frequent travel around the Dusseldorf area.
