Director of Finance Operations

We are seeking a Director of Finance Operations to oversee the US, Canada, and India finance operations teams, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture. This role serves as a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders, supporting key initiatives and elevating recurring issues, providing day-to-day oversight of the AP invoice process, payroll process, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation. The Director will oversee financial systems and ERP integration, ensuring alignment with business processes and automation objectives. The role involves collaborating with the Business Transformation team to implement system enhancements and scalable controls in alignment with SOX-readiness, ensuring robust internal controls are maintained and continuously enhanced to support audit readiness and prevent control failures. Monitoring KPIs for AP, AR, and broader finance operations makes certain metrics are driving business decisions and accountability.
