Staff Product Designer, AI

As a Staff Product Designer, you will be a principal force in defining the future trajectory of the FloQast platform, focusing on high-leverage problems across multiple teams or product areas. You will define and deliver the next generation of seamlessly embedded AI capabilities across the product suite. This role involves defining and driving design strategy, designing for transformative AI, architecting design vision and roadmaps, elevating quality and consistency, championing strategic user empathy, leading complex execution and mentorship, and influencing the organization. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership to define the product roadmap and architecture, contributing a deep, user-centered perspective that proactively identifies and scopes opportunities for platform-level improvements. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality SaaS or enterprise products. They should have a world-class portfolio, demonstrate mastery of core design tools, be fluent in accelerating design through modern, intelligent tools, and possess expert knowledge in designing intelligent, AI-driven experiences.
