About the Role:
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Report to the CFO and manage a team of FP&A analysts.
- Turn customer and operational data into insights for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual operating plan and long-range plan.
- Build driver-based financial models tied to customer cohorts.
- Define and track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and AOV.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Expert financial modeling and deep understanding of unit economics.
- Experience with AI tools, BI tools, Excel, and GSuite.
