Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently process payroll for a defined group of employees using SAP HCM.
  • Lead your own projects to drive the company forward.
  • Conduct monthly and annual closing activities and assist with audits.
  • Serve as contact for employee inquiries on labor, social security, and tax law and manage time tracking.

Your Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in payroll with SAP HCM.
  • Experience with pensioner payroll is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of operational HR management is desirable.
  • Good understanding of labor, tax, and social security law.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Office.
  • High commitment, teamwork, and independent structured work style.
