• Manage and execute structural scopes for substation projects from concept through IFC.
• Design foundations for control enclosures, transformers, breakers, dead-ends, and other major HV equipment.
• Play a key role in shaping and scaling our HV structural team and supporting utility and interconnection projects for renewable energy clients.

• Lead the design of substation steel structures, equipment foundations, control buildings and ancillary facilities.
• Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets for structural engineering scopes.
• Provide engineering support during construction, installation, and commissioning of substation structures.

• Assist in the preparation of engineering calculations, construction drawings and fabrication level steel drawings.
• Utilize finite element modeling and other engineering software to assist in the design of complex foundations.
• Perform hand calculations to assist designs and attend site visits if possible.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and task assignments to a team of junior and mid-level electrical engineers. Develop and oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) procedures for control and protection systems.
