Job Description

Define and lead 1Password’s user conference and tier-1 global tradeshow sponsorship strategy in alignment with brand, demand, and pipeline goals. Ensure 1Password’s participation amplifies our enterprise value proposition and identity security leadership narrative. Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Enablement and GTM leadership to ensure every event delivers cohesive product innovation storytelling and supports demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention and expansion objectives. Lead the design and execution of 1Password’s annual user conference, establishing it as a marquee event for customers, partners, and industry leaders. Define the content strategy and experience architecture to position 1Password as a thought leader in identity security and a trusted enterprise partner. Partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver meaningful content and connection opportunities that deepen customer relationships.
