Accounting Director - YESS Finance - National Office (Remote)

The Accounting Director will oversee the financial integrity and operational efficiency across YESS Finance Partners. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting, consistency, compliance, and strategic support for the participating organizations. This includes ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for each participating YESS Finance partner Y., maintaining a consolidated view of financial performance across all entities, overseeing the completion of general ledger management, account reconciliations, and journal entries. Ensuring compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and nonprofit-specific accounting standards.
