Job Description
The VP, Head of Marketing Analytics is responsible for leading the data-driven aspects of Marketing at ServiceNow. This role involves unifying marketing analytics functions, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), leading attribution and full-funnel visibility efforts, and modeling buying behaviors. The role also champions the use of AI, works cross-functionally with other departments, and scales insight across the marketing organization.
The position requires thorough expertise in marketing performance metrics and models, as well as deep experience in data architecture, funnel modeling, and performance frameworks. Proficiency in Snowflake, Adobe Experience Cloud, ServiceNow, and modern BI platforms is essential, along with executive presence and a strategic mindset.
