Responsibilities:
- Analyze and investigate security alerts using SIEM tools like Sumo Logic and Defender.
- Process security cases in a timely manner and escalate as needed.
- Generate detailed investigative notes and ensure shift-change documentation.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years' SOC experience with basic query language knowledge.
- Networking experience and working knowledge of Office 365.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the United States.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position with a rotating night shift schedule (Mon-Thu 8 PM-8 AM local time week one; Tue-Thu week two).

Skills and Certifications:
- Preferred: B.S. in Cybersecurity or equivalent; industry certs like Security+ or CySA+.

- Prior experience with SOAR/SIEM solutions a plus.
