Job Description
This role involves supporting tutor applicants and their onboarding, including screening candidates and assisting with the tutor-setup process via phone, chat, email, and video. Specialists update the digital inventory of institutional sessions and courses by conducting data entry, registration, and enrollment activities, adding new courses, and setting up sessions based on client requirements. They also assign tutors to tutoring sessions, match students with experts, and assist tutors with questions, contacting them to verify knowledge and availability and clients to discuss placement requirements. Further responsibilities include supporting institutional and course schedule changes, auditing tutoring sessions for compliance, managing course participants, and scheduling meeting links. The role requires Level B2 English proficiency, experience with data entry and fulfillment processes, and familiarity with tools like Google, Slack, Twilio, and Zendesk. Ideal candidates have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills. The position requires the ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends, with high-speed internet access and a quiet work environment.
