The Role:
- Rebuild the existing product into scalable infrastructure for AI-powered service businesses.
- Design and operate agent systems, including orchestration, memory, and verification.
- Own projects end to end across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and AI agents.
Who You Are:
- At least two years shipping production software or an equivalent record as a founder or solo builder.
- Full-stack range and experience building and operating production LLM or AI agent systems.
- Based in Europe and willing to relocate to San Francisco within the first year.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of €80,000 to €140,000 annually plus founding-level equity.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation support for moving to San Francisco.
- Remote within Europe with an expectation to relocate.
