What you'll do:
- Scale architecture to a large user base.
- Build and operate the agent runtime.
- Own projects end to end across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and AI agents.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years shipping production software or equivalent founder record.
- Experience running LLM or AI agent systems in production.
- Full-stack range and ability to turn prototypes into dependable systems.
Compensation & location:
- €80,000 to €140,000 base salary.
- Remote in Europe; visa sponsorship and relocation to SF available.
