You will own delivery end to end, from stakeholder interviews to production deployment.
You will build agentic systems with modern AI, working on the company's internal-first applied AI team.

What You'll Do:

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify workflows where custom agents create real leverage.
Design event-driven systems that ingest and process large volumes of data.
Own deployed solutions through adoption and iterate on real user feedback.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience shipping production software, with hands-on AI-native application development.
Strong systems design and full-stack engineering capability across data, services, and infrastructure.
Excellent written communication and product judgment to define scope and deliver working software.

Compensation & Benefits:

U.S. base salary range is $165,000-$200,000 plus equity.
