CX Sr. UX Designer

TTEC Digital seeks a Sr. UX Designer to join our CX Consulting practice area, offering a 100% remote opportunity. The role requires a strategic and tactical thinker who can craft experience strategies and design customized customer and employee experience solutions using best-in-class digital platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research and usability testing, leading visual design efforts, and independently executing wireframes and prototypes.
