Manager, Health Plan Performance

The Manager, Health Plan Performance (HPP) will play a pivotal role in advancing key business objectives for Aledade’s Health Plan Performance portfolio. This role will be responsible for executing the overall HPP strategy and facilitating the effectiveness of the HPP team. Primary duties include managing analyses, developing performance tracking tools, and guiding the synthesis of performance status. They will lead external payer engagements, translate contract terms into actionable approaches, and partner with Aledade field teams to implement strategic plans. The role also involves providing bidirectional feedback to internal teams and supporting the professional development of direct reports. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of healthcare industry experience, 2-4 years of people management experience, and a deep understanding of the health plan payer insurance landscape.
