The Opportunity:
- Senior PDE, reports to Manager, PDE
- Seeking experienced Senior Product Development Engineers (PDEs)
- Lead project development from initial concept through to production
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Ensure process efficiency: Communicate proactively to expedite and implement development and production processes.
- Manage schedules: Create and maintain development timelines to meet project milestones.
- Vendor oversight: Monitor and support external partners and vendors to ensure timely achievement of development goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consumer goods fields.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
