Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant, self-healing systems in a multi-region AWS environment.
• Define and track SLOs and SLIs to drive architectural decisions and error budget policies.
• Conduct blameless post-incident reviews to uncover systemic root causes and implement long-term preventive measures.

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Deep understanding of observability principles and tools like Prometheus, Datadog, OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.

On-Call:

• Participate in a paid on-call rotation with standby fees and overtime pay.
• No on-call duties for the first 6 months.
• Guaranteed rest periods and flexible hours following night incidents.
