Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

This role will lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with corporate goals, as well as build and maintain financial models for long-term planning and risk management. Responsibilities include providing insight on financial drivers and customer profitability, delivering in-depth financial analysis to surface trends and improvement areas, and generating monthly financial and divisional reports for executive leadership. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to assess ROI and inform strategy, helping department leaders understand their budgets and performance, analyzing operational costs and proposing cost optimization measures. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to improve financial systems and workflows and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting tools.
