Job Description
Lead Warby Parker's Eye Care Field Leadership team to drive positive change for the business. This role will impact optometrists, retail teams, customers, and patients by developing and executing comprehensive expansion strategies for eye care services. Lead a team overseeing day-to-day eye care operations with a focus on exemplary patient care, operational excellence, and strategic innovation. You will design and implement scalable systems and technologies that enhance optometrist efficiency, patient experiences, and operational workflow. You will also serve as a strategic liaison between optometry teams, retail operations, internal partners, and leadership.
Additional responsibilities include establishing and monitoring key performance metrics, conducting market research to identify emerging trends in vision healthcare, managing complex cross-functional projects, advocating for optometrists, and developing programming that supports the growth and development of the Eye Care team. This position requires 11+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or medical technology, expertise in optometry (clinical experience preferred), organizational agility, and the ability to travel as needed.
