In this fun, fast-paced role, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process for an ever-growing number of roles across our organization. You will search for and recruit a diverse talent pipeline while being a brand ambassador for the company. You will also work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and hiring plans.

In this role as HR Manager, you'll help ensure every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. You'll handle complex, sensitive issues with empathy and integrity, driving a work culture grounded in respect and teamwork that supports our accelerated growth. The role requires expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
