You will also utilize the AllVoices platform to track, analyze, and provide regular reporting on employee relations metrics. You will provide direct HR business partner support to East Region District Leaders, delivering tailored guidance and solutions to cultivate high-performing teams. You will partner with retail leadership on performance management, creating development plans that drive employee growth and success. Additionally, you will lead training sessions to reinforce company values. You will administer various leave programs and support engagement initiatives that celebrate employees and build connections across the team. You will champion our core values and promote a culture of respect and teamwork, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
