Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process for a growing number of roles. Responsibilities include searching for and recruiting a diverse talent pipeline, being a brand ambassador, ensuring a smooth interview process, building relationships with hiring managers, and providing search status updates.
You'll also work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and hiring plans, post roles on external job boards, track key metrics, and contribute to recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 35% may be required.
