Senior Team Lead - Data Operations

As a Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers conducting rule-based web research. You will design and improve business processes and technology. Plan, control, and support process execution by removing barriers while improving process efficiency and reducing defects. As a first-line manager, deliver operational metrics while maintaining team engagement. Lead impactful quality and efficiency projects to build a high-performing team, own team KPIs, collaborate with engineering on process automation, and escalate risks early. Requires extensive people leadership experience, knowledge in business process design, and ability to work remotely in an international environment.
