Team: The Clear Street Active team is building a cloud-based trading platform for high-performance traders, providing access to liquidity venues, charting, and order handling.

You will own the reliability and quality bar for an AI copilot used by sophisticated investors.
You will design evaluation systems for correctness, safety, latency, and regression risk across trading workflows.

Tech Stack: Rust, TypeScript, Postgres, React (Web), React Native (Mobile), observability/telemetry tooling, LLM APIs + model serving, eval/training pipelines.

Strong proficiency with any programming language, computer science fundamentals, and systems design.
Experience building evaluation frameworks and running model improvement cycles.

Impact: You will develop benchmarks, automated quality gates, and incident response for AI.

Ability to define metrics and drive engineering decisions from data.
Comfort working across the stack to debug failures and improve UX patterns.
