What You'll Do:
- Own outcomes end-to-end, defining technical direction and driving build-versus-buy decisions.
- Lead by implementation, prototyping and shipping reference implementations to prove feasibility.
- Help build the paved highway: evaluation harnesses, retrieval patterns, safety guardrails, and developer experience.
What You've Done:
- 8+ years of engineering excellence with end-to-end ownership of business-critical systems.
- Foundational AI depth from pre-LLM experience and a track record of shipping AI products to production.
- Mentorship of senior engineers and architectural strategy formulation at the organization level.
