Senior Technical Program Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Orchestrate technical execution of turning brightwheel from a system of record into a system of action using AI.
• Manage cross-functional delivery of most complex initiatives across product engineering, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Drive consensus on technical trade-offs and architectural patterns without losing momentum.

What You’ve Done:

• Strong computer science foundation with a 4-year degree or equivalent depth in core CS topics.
• Proven track record of landing highly technical, multi-team programs from inception to production.
• Experience driving alignment across senior engineers, product directors, and executive stakeholders.

Technology We Work With:

• AI & Automation: Frontier models, vector databases, orchestration and agent frameworks.
• Backend & Data: Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, Redis, event and analytics pipelines.
