The Technical Product Manager (TPM) plays a pivotal and hands-on role as a product leader in translating market and client needs into technically sound product capabilities, leading both internal technical product management and external market product strategy to ensure scalable, performant, and interoperable solutions.
Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core cloud infrastructure platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Requires a deep technical understanding of cloud services and enterprise IT environments, combined with exceptional product leadership to deliver world-class solutions. Act as a key partner to our Engineering and Infrastructure teams, driving critical programs related to cloud capacity enablement and management.
Chronosphere is looking for a product manager to join the team building exceptional troubleshooting and on call experiences for developers. You’ll operate with one foot in the factory and one foot in the field, bridging between our customers and our engineering team, building feedback loops and testing hypotheses as we leverage cutting edge AI features and workflows in our observability platform.
Own the Product End-to-End from triaging ideas, writing specs and prioritizing the roadmap to final release sign-off after QA. Connect with platform engineers, DevOps teams, and developers using our open-source and commercial offerings to deeply understand use cases and user journeys. Define the “what” and get into the “how”, obsessing over usability and performance. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales to improve customer onboarding. Set Direction, Fast and Course-Correct Quickly As Needed.
Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and execute tasks to deliver solutions. Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies. Implement mitigation strategies.
