Define the βwhatβ and get into the βhowβ, obsessing over usability and performance. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales to improve customer onboarding. Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and execute tasks to deliver solutions. Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies. Implement mitigation strategies.
