Principal Product Manager, Java Intelligence

Role Overview:

• Own specific areas of Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub, and Payara InSight, including strategy, roadmap, pricing, and market success.
• Report to the VP of Product Management and work directly with the CPO, CEO, CRO, and CTO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set multi-year direction, translate strategy into a sequenced roadmap, and lead through clarity, evidence, and influence.
• Shape pricing and packaging, run customer requirement sessions, and direct UX/UI and technical documentation.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering on launches, enablement, and competitive research.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in product management, with end-to-end ownership of enterprise SaaS products.
• Deep technical fluency, including public cloud and Kubernetes, plus familiarity with AI tools in daily work.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in a fully remote, async, multi-time-zone environment.
