Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design review and approval for P&C submissions, ensuring compliance with National Grid/DNO standards.
- Chair design review meetings and coordinate with stakeholders across disciplines.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation, including HAZID and safety by design.
Qualifications:
- HNC or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in P&C design assurance or technical approval in electricity transmission/DNO sector.
- Strong knowledge of HV infrastructure, including substations, transformers, switchgear, and HV cable.
Additional Information:
- Home based in the UK with option to work from Omnia offices; travel throughout the UK required.
