Language Alignment & Resource Partner (Belarusian) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role Overview:

• Help improve AI-generated content quality through specialized Belarusian language expertise.
• Work fully remotely as an independent contractor on a freelance AI training project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammar, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
• Perform quality checks and evaluate data and task quality trends.
• Develop educational resources, feedback documentation, and guidance based on quality findings.

Requirements:

• Belarusian proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Experience in data annotation, evaluation, or linguistics.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• USD 6 to USD 65 per hour depending on experience and location.
• Fully remote work and independent contractor engagement.
