Associate Product Owner

PerfectServe is seeking an Associate Product Owner to join our Clinical Communication STO team. In this role, you will support the planning, development, and delivery of solutions that improve communication and scheduling workflows for clinicians, care teams, and healthcare organizations. As an Associate Product Owner, you will work closely with product leaders, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to help define user stories, manage the product backlog, and contribute to the evolution of our healthcare scheduling platform. You will partner with Product Owners to manage and groom the engineering backlog, translate customer needs into detailed user stories, and collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and cross-functional teams. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies, review delivered stories, monitor usage data, and contribute to internal documentation.
