Job Description
In this role, you will bridge the gap between "business outcomes" and "database migrations", prioritizing technical debt and believing the how is just as important as the what. The Engineering Plan team manages the plan and build functions for our products, and needs a seasoned TPO to be the technical conscience and execution powerhouse for a core product which spans multiple engineering teams. This role involves driving the technical roadmap, system deep dives, partnering with Engineering Leaders, and optimizing engineering workflows.
You will translate strategic vision into measurable technical epics, resolve inter-roadmap conflicts, advise PMs, ensure delivery visibility, and manage dependencies across Engineering, DevOps, and QA. You will also own the technical backlog, break down epics into stories, manage risks and debt, and lead the technical aspects of Agile events. The role requires 5+ years of experience, complex stakeholder management skills, technical acumen, domain knowledge, data fluency, and tooling mastery.
