Role Summary:
- This role supports the Global Navigation and Search surfaces within the Unified Experience Core portfolio at Lilly.
- It balances high-fidelity visual execution with strategic UX problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end user experience and visual design solutions for Global Navigation and Search.
- Collaborate with surface design leads on complex UX challenges and interface architecture.
- Partner with the design system team to feed navigation- and search-specific UI patterns back into the design system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6+ years of digital product design experience in enterprise or large-scale ecosystems.
- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and experience with contribution-based design systems.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with occasional travel for conferences and workshops.
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
