New Product Analyst

Synthesis Health is seeking a Product Analyst to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, support, and implementation, to ensure successful execution of product initiatives. This role supports the Product Manager in gathering and analyzing product requirements for software development. The Product Analyst clarifies requirements and resolves roadblocks, supports the implementation team by providing product knowledge and technical assistance and creates and maintains internal and external documentation, including user guides, release notes, and FAQs. They also assist in developing training materials for internal teams and end-users. The right candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
