- Coach communication, facilitation, and relationship skills for executive-level work.

Client Partnership & Account Support:
- Work directly with clients, providing expertise while mentoring engagement leads.
- Facilitate high-stakes workshops and guide clients toward systemic solutions.
- Build nurturing relationships with director-level and higher stakeholders.
Operational Partnership:
- Collaborate with Design Operations on resourcing, project setup, and staffing.
- Bring delivery perspective to flag skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Inform staffing decisions without owning them.
