About the role:
- As a Principal Service Designer, you'll lead complex service design projects and support the culture and operations of the business.
- You'll report to the Head of Service Design and collaborate across the Digital Studio's design and research teams.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience working on GDS Projects in the Public Sector.
- Skills in user research, strategy, facilitation, visual communication, prototyping, and stakeholder management.
