As the first design hire, shape the direction of our platform, internal tools, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders. Create the design function from the ground up, and establish our design strategy, process, and culture. Define/implement innovative features impacting user experience.

Oversee and guide the entire user experience research process within the organization, including strategy development, research methodologies, data analysis, and the communication of insights to cross-functional teams so that user needs are prioritized. Bring expertise in mixed method experience research to ensure that our product solutions meet our current and prospective customers’ expectations.

Lead a team shaping the first-time/returning user experience, improving how users discover, onboard, and engage with the platform. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and data teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and scalable experiences that impact how new users experience Reddit and find communities.

Design and shape the product that powers better access to banking. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that improve the usability, accessibility, and aesthetics of the platform, working closely with customers, engineers, and product stakeholders to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences.

As a leader of our Product Design team, you will be managing designers and designing our most critical user experiences.
