Staff Product Designer, Customer & Partner Experience (CPEX)

Role Overview:

• Design large-scale content architectures and UX systems for diverse audiences.
• Lead end-to-end design strategy from narrative development through high-fidelity execution.

What You'll Do:

• Own the customer's experience of finding, navigating, and using content across multiple sources.
• Synthesize research insights into actionable design direction and advocate for user-centered approaches.

• 8+ years in digital product design with strong B2B SaaS and B2C expertise.
• Mastery of Figma and collaborative design workflows at scale.
