Role Overview:
- Lead the Trust Risk Program at Autodesk, managing a multidisciplinary team including Third-Party Risk Management.
- Report to the Director of Trust Governance, Risk, and Compliance to integrate specialist perspectives into an enterprise risk view.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical risk expertise to maintain and grow the Trust Risk Program.
- Define and execute an AI-enabled modernization strategy for risk operations.
- Engage with Trust, engineering, and product leadership to prioritize risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling technical risk management programs.
- 4+ years managing people in remote or hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of Trust principles (security, privacy, resilience, responsible AI).
