Key Responsibilities:
- Run discovery and prioritize risk, map incident history, and define scope for Trust & Safety.
- Own the roadmap, build policy library, and source safety solutions like body cameras.
- Build field education and serve as escalation point for serious incidents.
Qualifications / Skills:
- 6+ years in trust & safety, EHS, risk, or field operations with program ownership.
- Experience supporting a distributed workforce and building functions from scratch.
- Excellent written communication and ability to earn trust with field teams.
