Director, Trust, Safety & Policy Compliance

Role Overview:

• Serve as the premier Trust & Safety operational architect for TrevorSpace, designing and scaling digital safety infrastructure for LGBTQ+ youth.
• Manage end-to-end incident response, policy implementation, quality assurance, and vendor ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring 24/7/365 operational readiness and workforce wellness.
• Architect robust SOPs, training modules, and QA frameworks to maintain audit-ready compliance.
• Drive automation and tooling partnerships to reduce harmful content exposure and vicarious trauma.
