What You Will Do:
- Lead and coach a team of Trust & Safety Analysts across Fraud and Disputes.
- Own daily operational performance, SLAs, and act as escalation point.
- Drive improvements using data, AI, and process redesign.
About You:
- 4-5+ years people management in Trust & Safety, Fraud, or Risk Operations.
- Deep understanding of fraud typologies, chargeback lifecycle, and card network rules.
- Strong analytical, communication, and process improvement skills.
