About the Role:
- As a Fraud Team Manager, you'll lead a team of 10-12 Fraud Investigators, focusing on prevention and fraud types.
- You'll manage personal development, provide coaching, and drive performance through weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
- You'll also be involved in hiring and scaling the team, working with senior management.
