Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering evidence from flagged transactions and customer claims, probing further when needed.
- Using Monzo's values to investigate suspicious transactions with empathy and attention to detail.
- Safeguarding compromised accounts and taking remedial action to resume safe usage.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong English and Italian communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of fraud typologies and ability to handle all types to reach resolutions.
- Experience in identifying trends and delivering fraud technical training.
