Key Responsibilities:
- Own the fraud P&L including payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, and false-positive rate.
- Set the fraud-reduction roadmap and decide build versus buy investments.
- Manage commercial and strategic relationships with fraud-prevention partners.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of moving fraud rate and chargeback rate through structural change.
- Experience with partner selection, negotiation, and budget management.
