About the Opportunity:
- MoonPay is seeking a Manager, KYC Operations to lead customer onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing compliance review.
- This strategic leadership role shapes the KYC program through tooling, automation, and cross-functional partnerships.
What You Will Do:
- Manage, develop, and hire a team of KYC Analysts, setting team KPIs and ensuring operational rigor.
- Oversee the end-to-end KYC review process and own QA frameworks to maintain quality and compliance.
- Drive improvements to workflows, tooling, and automation by partnering with Product and senior stakeholders.
About You:
- You have 5+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or financial crime operations within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- You excel at translating complex compliance requirements into scalable operational workflows and using data to prioritize improvements.
- You communicate effectively across all levels and functions, from front-line analysts to executive leadership.
