Professional Services Manager

About the Role:

• As a Professional Services Manager, you will own complex customer engagements end-to-end, leading process discovery, architecture design, and advanced configuration of tailored Risk Cloud solutions.
• You will operate as a trusted GRC advisor, partnering with enterprise risk teams to translate sophisticated business objectives into scalable platform workflows.
• This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise risk advisory, advanced SaaS platform configuration, and emerging AI technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead bespoke customer engagements, conducting deep-dive discovery sessions and delivering documented business outcomes.
• Architect and configure advanced Risk Cloud workflows and data models to address complex enterprise GRC use cases.
• Proactively manage project scope, timelines, and account health, while mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Advanced technical and solution architecture skills, with the ability to master complex software platforms and build custom configurations.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to C-level risk leaders and facilitating discovery sessions.
