About the Role:
- As Engagement Manager II, you will be the cornerstone of ensuring clients receive exceptional and timely experiences.
- You will collaborate with Clariti, System Integrators, and customers to understand needs and exceed expectations.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience leading enterprise-level IT engagements in SaaS-based Professional Services.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders up to CxO.
- Expertise in objection handling and serving as escalation point for client and team concerns.
